PWC Police Department’s DAILY INCIDENT REPORT for July 18, 2024

Incidents
• Indecent Exposure –
On Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 8:42AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 4100 block of Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victim, a 27-year-old woman, was walking in the parking lot in the above area when she observed an unknown man exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures inside a vehicle. The victim left the area and contacted the police. There was no contact between the victim and the suspect who left the area prior to police arriving on scene. The suspect was described as a black male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white lettering.

• Commercial Burglary – On Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 2:59PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to Jersey Mikes located at 3282 Old Bridge Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. Video surveillance revealed at approximately 10:30PM, a suspect entered the business through an unsecured rear door and took the tip jar before leaving. The suspect was last seen wearing a full-face mask and dark-colored clothing.

Arrests
• Use of Communications Systems to Facilitate Certain Offenses Involving Minors –
On Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 2:52PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 2700 block of Potomac Mills Cl. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate the solicitation of a minor.
The investigation revealed a man, later identified as the accused, used Instagram to communicate with an underage juvenile that involved inappropriate images and the solicitation of sexual acts by the accused. During the communication, the accused arranged to meet the juvenile at the above location. Upon receiving information about the communication and arranged meeting, officers responded to the above location where they encountered the accused and detained him without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Shafan NAEEM, was arrested.

Charged with 5 counts of use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving minors
