• Aggravated Assault on School Grounds – On May 3 at 8:38PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate an assault that reportedly occurred at Woodbridge Middle School located at 2201 York Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that day.
The investigation revealed around 8 AM, the victim, a 14-year-old male student, and another student, identified as the accused, were inside a classroom when a verbal altercation between the two parties escalated.
During the encounter, the accused pushed and struck the victim in the face before the parties separated.
The victim was initially treated at the school and was later treated at an area hospital where the injuries sustained during the encounter were determined to be more significant. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as a 14-year-old male juvenile, was arrested.

• Possession of a Weapon on School Grounds – On Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 10:24AM, the School Resource Officer (SRO) at Patriot High School located at 10504 Kettle Run Rd. in Nokesville (20181) was notified by school security of a tip received through the See Something Say Something App of a student who was in possession of a weapon on school grounds the previous evening.
The investigation revealed the student, identified as the accused, was observed with metal knuckles while at an after-school function. School security and the SRO identified the student and determined the accused did not brandish the weapon in a way to threaten students, faculty, or staff.
Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Kelven DUONG, was charged.

• Abduction (Domestic) – On May 7, 2024 at 7:56AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 5300 block of Macwood Dr. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic dispute.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 26-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim before brandishing a firearm and preventing her from leaving the home. The accused was also holding their infant child during the encounter.
A short time later, an acquaintance of the victim, a 42-year-old man, arrived at the residence where the accused exited the home brandishing the firearm before reentering the home.
Responding officers detained the accused without incident. The victim reported minor injuries. The infant was unharmed and turned over to the custody of known parties. No shots were fired. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Dalonte GREER, was arrested.
