I-66 westbound lane closures start at 10:30 tonight for sign removal in Rosslyn

Weather permitting, westbound I-66 will have single-lane closures tonight between the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge and the Rosslyn Tunnel to remove overhead signs, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

The work will occur from 10:30 tonight to 5 a.m. Friday, May 3 around mile marker 75, located between the Route 110 on-ramp and the North Lynn Street off-ramp (Exit 73 to Route 29/Langston Boulevard, Rosslyn and Key Bridge).

Drivers should expect delays and are advised to use alternate routes.

Drivers are reminded to use caution when traveling in active work zones. Be alert to new traffic patterns and limit distractions.
