Armed Robbery *ARREST – On April 15, 2024 Prince William County Police detectives arrested the suspect sought in connection with a robbery that was reported to have occurred at the RIA Money Transfers located at 13526 Richmond Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) on March 27, 2024. The accused, identified as Dwayne Anthony SELMAN-NEVELLE, was arrested without incident leaving his home in Dumfries.
Arrested on April 15:
Dwayne Anthony SELMAN-NEVELLE, 37, of 4303 Stone Mountain Ct in Dumfries
Charged with robbery, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On March 27 at 11:49AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to RIA Money Transfers located at 13526 Richmond Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed a man brandished a handgun inside the business and demanded money from employees. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing in a silver or light- colored Ford Explorer. No injuries were reported.
ARRESTS
• Assault & Battery on Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On April 18, 2024 at 11:16AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 19100 block of Perry St in Triangle (22172) to follow up on an earlier trespassing call. During the initial investigation, officers obtained a warrant for the accused who was determined to be at his home in the above area.
When officers attempted to detain the accused, he walked away and, at one point, turned towards the officer and threw a bottle, striking the officer in the upper body. The accused then tripped and fell before being taken into custody. The officer was not injured. The accused was treated at the scene due to his fall. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as David Bruce PATTERSON, was charged.

Charged with assault & battery on LEO
