• Malicious Wounding | Domestic RelatedOn March 4 at 11:28PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 13100 block of Tory Lp. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 54-year-old man, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed the victim’s neck.
When the parties separated, the accused followed the victim and pushed him down a flight of stairs. The accused then struck the victim multiple times while he was on the ground before the parties separated.
Both parties remained at the residence where officers detained the accused without incident. The victim was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.
Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Millyard Nega MARUFE, was arrested.

Armed Robbery | Felony Child Abuse – On March 4 at 3:46PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 15400 block of Ewells Mill Way in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a domestic dispute.
The investigation revealed that the victim, a 38-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused, who was armed with a handgun, attempted to pull the victim down the stairs as she was holding their infant son.
When the victim attempted to call emergency services, the accused took the phone. At one point, the accused attempted to physically strike the victim with the firearm before the victim was able to take their infant to a neighbor’s residence where police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported by the victim. The infant appeared uninjured. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Parasha Demond VINCENT FLOWERS. On March 5, the accused was taken into custody by Fort Belvoir police.

Strangulation | Domestic Related – On March 2 at 4:10PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 12600 block of Kempston Ln. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 28-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused pushed the victim out of a chair and onto the ground where he then grabbed the victim’s neck. The parties separated, and the victim ran to a neighbor’s residence where police were contacted. The accused remained at the residence where he was detained without incident. The victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Hamed JABERI, was arrested.

Possession of a Weapon on School Grounds – On March 4 at 8:54AM, the School Resource Officer (SRO) assigned to Potomac Shores Middle School located at 17851 Woods View Dr. in Dumfries (22026) was notified of a student in possession of a knife. The investigation revealed the student, identified as the accused, was entering the school when the Evolv system detected an object in his backpack. During a search of the backpack, school staff located a knife and contacted the SRO. The SRO determined the knife was not part of any threat to other students, faculty, or staff. Following the investigation, officers sought petitions against the accused, identified as a 13-year-old male student. After consultation with Juvenile Court
Services, the case resulted in formal action and will be handled through the court process at a later date.
