For the sixth year, Prince William Circuit Court Clerk Jacqueline Smith will conduct her annual Valentine’s Day Bash (marriage ceremonies and renewal of wedding vows) at the Arts Factory in Old Town Manassas on Wednesday, Feb. 14, Valentine’s Day.
