PWC Crime Report for Dec. 5, 2023: Man robbed; police report domestic arrests

• Strangulation | Domestic Related *ARREST – On December 4, 2023 the suspect sought in connection to the domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 3200 block of Wyndale Ct in Woodbridge (22192) on Nov.12, was arrested. The accused, identified as Danny Sang NGUYEN LE, was taken into custody without incident.

Strangulation | Domestic Related [Previously Released] – On November 12 at 5:55PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3200 block of Wyndale Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed over the course of several months, the victim, a 30-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in multiple, ongoing domestic disputes. During one encounter in October, the accused choked the victim. Two other incidents, in November and July respectively, the accused struck the victim in the face and the threw a pot which struck her in the leg. The incidents were recently reported to the police. Minor injuries were reported from the various altercations. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Danny Sang NGUYEN LE. Attempts to locate the accused were unsuccessful.

INCIDENTS
Strong-Arm Robbery – On December 3 at 3:30PM,  Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred in the 4300 block of Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge (22193) earlier that morning around 1:00AM. The investigation revealed the victim, a 28-year-old man, was in the above area when he was approached by 5 unknown men. During the encounter, the suspects slapped the victim before taking his money. The victim was able to separate from the suspects and fled the area. No injuries reported. The suspects were described as Hispanic males.

ARRESTS
Strangulation | Domestic Related – On December 4, 2023 at 8:17PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Rivergate Apartments located in the 13100 block of Marina Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed the victim, a 26-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter the accused prevented the victim from leaving the room before striking her and then grabbing her neck. The parties eventually separated, and the police were contacted. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Cameron Issa MONTGOMERY, was arrested.
