INCIDENTS
ª Shooting into a Residential Dwelling – On October 21, 2023 at 2:06PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 10500 block of Cedar Creek Dr. in Manassas (20112) to investigate a destruction of property. The investigation revealed a resident of the home heard a loud noise at approximately 1:30PM before locating a bullet hole inside the residence. While checking the area, officers located a shell casing in the area of Lucasville Rd. and County Roads Ln. No injuries or additional property damage were located.
• Strong-Arm Robbery | Assault by Mob – On October 20, 2023 at 6:35PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred in the area of Old Bridge Rd. and Antietam Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) between 2:00AM and 3:00AM that morning.
The investigation revealed that the victim, a 16-year-old female juvenile, was walking in the above area when she was approached from behind and struck in the head by an unknown individual. During the encounter, other individuals joined and assaulted the victim before taking her personal belongings and fleeing on foot. The victim eventually contacted her family and was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. No suspect descriptions were provided to police.
• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On October 20, 2023 at 11:06AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area near Easy St. and Richmond Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed multiple shots were heard before a group of unknown individuals were seen running from a nearby wooded area. While checking the area, officers located shell casings in the wooded area. No injuries or property damage were reported.
• Residential Burglary – On October 21, 2023 at 8:53AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Rolling Brook Apartments located in the 1700 block of River Bend Way in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed sometime between 10:00PM on October 20 and 7:30AM on October 21, entry was made into an apartment through the back door which was found damaged. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.
ARRESTS
• Malicious Wounding – On October 22, 2023 at 7:35PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 4800 block of Dale Blvd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 28-year-old man, and an unknown man, later determined to be the accused were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim multiple times before he retrieved a wooden baseball bat and continued striking the victim. The accused fled prior to police arriving in the area. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Later that evening, officers located the accused nearby and took him into custody without incident. Upon arrest, the accused refused to provide his identifying information to police. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

• Malicious Wounding – On Sunday, October 22, 2023 at 8:50AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate a domestic dispute that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 13200 block of Kurtz Rd. in Woodbridge (22193) earlier that morning.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 40-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a knife and stabbed the victim before the parties separated. The victim left the residence and stopped near a local business where a good Samaritan assisted in contacting the police. The victim reported minor injuries. Officers responded to the residence where they detained the accused without further incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Nakayla Rashawn LEWIS-BAKER, was arrested.

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 1:07AM, Prince William County Police officers in the 11700 block of Sudley Manor Dr. in Manassas (20109) conducted a traffic stop on a suspected impaired driver. During the encounter, the driver of the vehicle, later identified as the accused, was determined to be intoxicated. When officers attempted to detain the accused, she actively resisted and scratched an officer multiple times before being secured without further incident. An officer reported minor injuries.
Officers further determined the accused was driving on a revoked license and had an open container of alcohol inside the vehicle. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Tannia Isela ORELLANA, was arrested.

Charged with assault & battery on LEO, DUI 3rd in 5 years, destruction of property, open container while driving, obstruction of justice, driving on a revoked license, and unreasonable refusal Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond
• Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On Thursday, October 20, 2023 at 12:35PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Target located at 2460 Prince William Pkwy. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shoplifter. The investigation revealed an unknown man, later identified as the accused, concealed unpaid items, and exited the store. Officers located the accused in the parking lot where they attempted to detain him. During the encounter, the accused actively resisted and refused to follow the officer’s commands. At one point, the accused pushed an officer in the face before being detained.
The accused was also found in possession of the unpaid merchandise. No injuries were reported by the officer. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Travis Xavier TIMMONS, was arrested.
