Residential Burglary – On October 7, 2023 at 6:41PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 13800 block of Delaney Rd. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary.
The investigation revealed a neighbor observed an unknown man, later identified as the accused, enter the rear basement door of a nearby home. The caller confronted the accused who quickly fled on foot. Officers determined the accused entered the unoccupied home through an unsecured rear basement door. A police K-9 and Fairfax County police helicopter searched the area for the accused who was not located.
Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Joshua Stanley WILLIAMS. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Described as a black male, approximately 5’11”, 170lbs, with black hair and brown eyes Wanted for burglary and petit larceny
Indecent Exposure – On October 9 at 11:56AM, officers responded to the Stone Point Apartments located in the 14900 block of Potomac Heights Pl. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victim, a 47-year-old woman, was in the stairway of an apartment building when she observed an unknown man exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures.
When the victim pulled out her phone, the suspect walked away. While checking the area, officers located a man matching the description provided to police. As officers attempted to detain the man, he quickly fled on foot. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located. No physical contact was reported. The suspect was described as a black male wearing all black clothing and white shoes.
Attempted Residential Burglary – On October 7 at 2:56PM, officers responded to the Ravens Crest Apartments located in the 8100 block of Weatherwood Ct. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted burglary. The investigation revealed earlier that afternoon, a resident of the apartment heard a noise near the front door. Upon checking the noise, an unknown individual attempted to open the locked door. When the resident confronted the individual, they fled the area. Officers determined no entry was made into the apartment and no property was taken or damage reported. The suspect was described as a black male in his 20’s wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans.
ARRESTS
Malicious Wounding – On October 6 at 1 p.m. officers responded to the 10200 block of Harry J. Parrish Blvd. in Manassas (20112) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 52-year-old man, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, where involved in a physical altercation when the accused tackled the victim, causing him to fall to the ground. Responding officers later located the accused who was detained without further incident. The victim was treated at an area hospital for a non-life threatening injury. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Timothy Nevina BAUMAN Jr., was arrested.
