Reckless Handling of a Firearm *ARREST –
On October 2, 2023, the suspect sought in connection with a March 10, 2023 shooting that was reported to have occurred in the area near the 13900 block of Longwood Manor Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) was arrested. The accused, identified as Tavon Antwan GRAY, was taken into custody without incident.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm [Previously Released]– On March 10 at 11:25PM, officers responded to area near the 13900 block of Longwood Manor Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. While responding to the location, officers were informed the shooting suspect left the area in a vehicle. The investigation revealed while in the parking lot of above area, the suspect, identified as the accused, was involved in a verbal altercation with three women, between 26-30 years of age. During the encounter, the accused brandished a firearm towards the women before walking a short distance away and firing a single round into the ground. The accused then left in a vehicle driven by an unknown individual. No injuries or property damage were reported. On March 14, following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Tavon Antwan GRAY. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

INCIDENTS
ª Reckless Handling of a Firearm –
On October 4, 2023 at 7:16AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Old Delaney Rd. and Quate Ln. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed an occupant in a dark grey Toyota Corolla fired multiple rounds into the air. A short time later, additional shots were fired before the vehicle quickly fled the area. No injuries or property damage were reported.>

•Indecent Exposure – On October 4 at 5:20AM, officers responded to the 12800 block of Braemar Village Plz. in Bristow (20136) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed two victims, a 49- year-old and 50-year-old woman, were sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot when they observed a man standing against a nearby tree. At one point, the man exposed himself to the women while making inappropriate gestures. The parties then separated. No verbal or physical contact was reported. The suspect was described as a black male, approximately 40 years old, with a beard and wearing all black clothing.

ARRESTS
ª Sexual Assault Investigation –
On September 28, 2023, Prince William County Police detectives concluded an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the Woodbridge (22193) area of Prince William County between May and November 2022. The investigation revealed the victim, who was under 13 years of age at the time of the offenses, was sexually assaulted by a family member, identified as the accused, on more than one occasion during the above timeframe. The victim recently disclosed the incidents prompting the police investigation. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Joaquin RODRIGUEZ MELENDEZ, who turned himself in later that evening.

Charged with 1 count of rape, 3 counts of aggravated sexual battery, 2 counts of indecent liberties, 4 counts of forcible sodomy, and 1 count of object sexual penetration
