PWC Police arrest suspect one day after Aug. 25 stabbing death in Manassas

Murder Investigation *ARRESTS –
On Saturday, August 26, 2023 Prince William County police report they have arrested the suspect sought in connection with the stabbing death of a 25-year-old man that occurred in the 7400 block of Sudley Road in Manassas (20109) on August 25. The accused, Bobby Damon GROSS, was arrested in the Manassas area by officers without incident.

Arrested on August 26:
Bobby Damont GROSS, a.k.a DAVON GREEN, 24, of no fixed address
Charged with second degree murder and stabbing commission of a felony

The deceased was identified as Todd EHARDT, 25, of no fixed address

Murder Investigation [Previously Released]  – On August 25 at 10:20PM, officers responded to the 7400 block of Sudley Road in Manassas (20109) to investigate a stabbing. Investigation revealed the victim, a 25-year-old man, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in an altercation in the parking lot. During the encounter the accused stabbed the victim in the chest area. The accused fled the area after the incident. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Bobby Damont GROSS. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful. The Police Department is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of this suspect. The investigation continues.
