PWC crime report for Thursday, July 27, 2023: Suspect charged with indecent exposure

• Indecent Exposure *ARREST –
On July 26, 2023 the suspect, identified as Ralph EDON, who was sought in connection with the indecent exposur that was reported to have occurred at the Shell service station located at 13313 Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge (22191), on July 25 was arrested.
Arrested on July 27:
Ralph EDON, 41, of no fixed address
Charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display
Court Date: Pending | Bond: Unavailable

Indecent Exposure [Previously Released] – On July 25 at 6:44PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Shell service station located at 13313 Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. The investigation revealed the victims, a 25-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman, were pumping gas when they were approached by a man, later identified as the accused. During the encounter, the accused exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures before the parties separated, and the accused walked away. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Ralph EDON. Attempts to locate the accused were unsuccessful.

INCIDENTS
Assault by Mob –
On July 26, 2023 at 6:16PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Fields of Manassas Apartments located in the 7400 block of Willoughby Ln in Manassas (20109) to investigate a fight. The investigation revealed the victim, a 22-year-old man, was involved in a verbal altercation with a group of unknown men. The encounter escalated physically when the group struck and pushed the victim. The parties eventually dispersed. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated at an area hospital. No property was taken. The suspects, who were only described as 6-8 Hispanic males, were not located.

• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On July 26, 2023 at 8:44PM, officers responded to thePrince William County Police Dominion Middle Ridge Apartments located in the 3600 block of Golf Side Cir in the Lake Ridge area pf Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed multiple witnesses in the area heard several gunshots. Three individuals, only described as black males-two with thin builds, one heavy set-wearing ski masks were seen fleeing the area around the time of the shots being fired. The area was checked, no evidence of a shooting could be located. No injuries or property damage were reported.


ARRESTS
• Attempted Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related –
On July 26, 2023 at 5:58PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 16700 block of Chowning Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 27-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated physically.
During the encounter, the accused retrieved a kitchen knife and swung it towards the victim while making threats. The parties separated and police were contacted. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Deyneshe CARTLEDGE, was arrested.

Deyneshe CARTLEDGE, 26, of the 16700 block of Chowning Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with attempted malicious wounding and domestic assault & battery
Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond
