INCIDENTS
• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On March 24, 2023 at 12:22AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Babylon Café located at 3081 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shots fired call.
The investigation revealed an altercation occurred inside the business before the involved parties exited to the parking lot. A short time later, while in the parking lot, one of the patrons involved in the earlier altercation, retrieved a firearm and fired multiple rounds, before fleeing in a white SUV.
While checking the area, officers determined one of the rounds entered the front window of the business before lodging in one of the walls of the bar area. No injuries were reported. Officers also located shell casings in the parking lot. The suspect is described as a tall black male with a medium build. The investigation continues.
• Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 1:12PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Summerland Heights Apartments located in the 13600 block of Cridercrest Pl. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed a group of unknown men were outside the apartment building when multiple shots were fired. The group of men fled prior to police arriving in the area.
While checking the area, officers located shell casings in the grassy area near the apartment building. While investigating the incident, PWC police officers located a total of two apartment buildings and three unoccupied vehicles that were struck by rounds. No injuries were reported.

• Sexual Assault Investigation – On Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 8:54AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Potomac Vista Apartments located in the 14100 block of Cove Landing Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a sexual assault.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 25-year-old woman, was attending a gathering at an apartment in the complex when she fell asleep. The victim later woke to an unknown man sexually assaulting her. The suspect left the residence after the assault and the victim contacted police.
During the investigation, detectives were able to identify the suspect as Alphonso PAGE, and obtained a warrant for his arrest on March 23. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful. The suspect is known to frequent the Arlington and Alexandria areas of Northern Virginia, southeast Washington D.C., and Prince George’s County in Maryland. • Strong-Arm Robbery – On March 23, 2023 at 9:43PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Old Centreville Rd. and Stoneridge Dr. in Manassas (20111) to investigate a robbery.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 57-year-old man, was walking in the above area when he was approached by two men. During the encounter, the men asked the victim for money.
When the victim declined, one of the suspects grabbed the victim’s arms. The suspects then took the victim’s wallet before finding his phone and smashing it on the ground. The suspects then struck the victim with an unknown object and knocked him to the ground before fleeing the area.
Officers and a police K-9 searched the area for the suspects who were not located. The victim reported minor injuries. The suspects were described as Hispanic males, possibly 19-20 years old, one of whom was wearing a grey and red sweater.
• Brandishing of a Firearm – On March 23, 2023 at 10:02PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 7600 block of Shelley Ln. in Manassas (20111) to investigate a brandishing. The investigation revealed the victim, a 37-year-old woman, was driving in the above area, when she attempted to pull into a parking spot. At the same time, the driver of another vehicle drove close to her vehicle. A verbal altercation ensued between the two parties, during which the other driver brandished a firearm. The other driver then quickly left the area in their vehicle, and the victim contacted the police. At no time during the encounter were shots fired. The suspect driver was described as a man with a medium complexion and long black hair.
• Indecent Exposure – On March 22 at 6:44AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Fuller Heights Rd and Kerill Rd. in Triangle (22172) to investigate an indecent exposure.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 38-year-old woman, was driving in the above area when she observed an unknown man standing on sidewalk exposing himself. The victim continued to drive out of the area and contacted the police. No verbal or physical contact was made between the victim and the man. Officers searched the area for the suspect who was not located.

A black male, between 30-40 years old, approximately 6’0’, with a medium build, and a full beard

ARRESTS
• Sexual Assault Investigation covering an 8-year period – On March 15, 2023, detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Special Victims Bureau concluded an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at multiple residences in the Woodbridge (22192 and 22193) area of Prince William County between July 1994 and July 2002.
The investigation revealed the victim, who was under the age of 13 at the time of the incidents, was sexually assaulted by the accused on more than one occasion during the above timeframe.
The victim initially reported the incidents to police in May of 2022, prompting a police investigation. The victim and accused are known to one another. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, who was located and taken into custody in Douglas County, Nebraska in February 2023. On March 15, the accused, identified as Kevin Keith PRICE, was extradited to Prince William County.
