UPDATES
• Strong-Armed Robbery *ARREST – On Jan. 24, 2023, detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Violent Crimes Bureau concluded the investigation into the robbery reported to have occurred at the Unique Soles located at 2894 Garber Way in Woodbridge (22193) on Nov. 25, 2022. While investigating the incident, detectives received information identifying seven suspects in connection to the robbery. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the adult suspects and a detention order for a juvenile suspect, identified as a 17-year-old male juvenile. Between January 17-24, 2023, the suspects, identified below, were located, and arrested or turned themselves in to police without incident.

• Jamal Lee HALEY, 19, of 13508 Princedale Dr. in Woodbridge
• Mohamed Makah JALLOH, 19, of 5558 Roundtree Dr. in Woodbridge
• Abu Bakarr JALLOH, 18, of 5558 Roundtree Dr. in Woodbridge
• Dasan Leandre CHENAULT, 19, of 6415 Oxbow Ct. in Woodbridge
• Nigel Elijah CUPID, 19, of 5733 Northton Ct. in Woodbridge
• Elijah Ajamu BELL, 18, of 13323 Kerrydale Rd. in Woodbridge
All were charged with robbery and assault by mob

Strong-Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On November 25, 2022 at 12:44PM, officers responded to Unique Soles located at 2894 Garber Way in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 22-year-old man, was in the parking lot of the business when he was approached from behind by a group of individuals. During the encounter, one of the individuals attempted to take the victim’s property. When the victim resisted, other members of the group assaulted him. At some point during the struggle, the victim fell to the ground where the assault continued. The victim temporarily lost consciousness. The suspects took the victim’s property before fleeing. An 18-year-old male family member who was with the victim at the time attempted to intervene and was also assaulted. The family member was eventually able to get the victim out of the area and eventually contacted the police. Minor injuries were reported by both victims. The investigation continues.
•Assault by Mob | Residential Burglary *ARREST – On January 21, 2023, detectives with the Prince William County Police Department Special Investigations Bureau concluded investigation into the burglary that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 8100 block of Community Dr. in Manassas (20109) on October 26, 2022.
While investigating the incident, detectives received information leading to the identification of four men involved in the incident. Further investigation revealed the four men were active members of the criminal street gang identified as Sur 13. On December 15, 2022, following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the suspects identified below.
Between Dec. 26, 2022 and Jan. 21, 2023, the suspects were arrested.
Arrested on January 21, 2023:
• Jesus MANCHA Jr., 39, of 8661 Bruton Parish Ct., #304 in Manassas
• Efrain MANCHA, 29, of 8661 Bruton Parish Ct., #102 in Manassas
• German MANCHA-DERAS, 26, of 10178 Statesboro Ct. in Manassas
• Christian Anthony BLANCO, 28, of 8850 Oliver Ct. in Manassas
All four were charged with assault by mob and gang participation

Assault by Mob | Residential Burglary [Previously Released] – On October 26 at 12:57PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 8100 block of Community Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed two vehicles parked near the above residence and multiple individuals got out of the vehicles and began a verbal altercation with the victim, a 38-year-old man, who was visiting the residence. During the encounter, the suspects assaulted the victim before entering the residence through an unsecured rear door. While inside the home, the suspects kicked in two bedroom doors before removing property from each room. The suspects then exited the home and fled the area prior to police arriving at the scene. The victim reported minor injuries. Jewelry and construction tools were reported missing. This incident does not appear to be random. The investigation continues.
Incidents
• Armed Robbery – On Jan. 24, 2023 at 9:16PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 3100 block of Antrim Cl. in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a robbery. The initial investigation revealed the victim, a 33-year-old man, made arrangements to conduct a marijuana transaction with unknown individuals. While in the above area, the victim met with two unknown males, possibly juveniles. During the encounter, a firearm was brandished, and the suspects demanded the victim’s property. When the victim did not comply, one of the suspects physically struck the victim with the firearm. Minor injuries were reported. The suspects then took money and a phone from the victim before fleeing on foot. While checking the area, officers located the victim’s phone in a nearby wooded area. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspects who were not located. The suspects were last seen wearing dark-colored clothing.
ARRESTS
• Attempted Malicious Wounding – On Jan. 23, 2023 at 3:32PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Red Roof Inn located at 10610 Automotive Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 59-year-old man, confronted an unknown man, later identified as the accused, outside of his hotel room. During the encounter, the accused produced a knife and brass knuckles before swinging the knife at the victim. The victim avoided being struck by the knife and went into his hotel room to contact the police. When the victim left his hotel room a short time later, the two men re-engaged in a verbal altercation. During the second encounter, the accused threw the knife towards the victim who was again able to avoid being struck. A bystander intervened and separated the parties. No injuries were reported. Officers located the accused inside a different hotel room where they took him into custody without incident. The accused was found in possession of the knife, the brass knuckles and suspected illegal narcotics. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Christopher Lee BRADFORD Jr., was arrested.
