INCIDENTS
• Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling – On September 17, 2022 at 11:27PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 13000 block of Forest Glen Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shots are fired call. The investigation revealed multiple shots were fired, striking two separate residences before an unknown man was seen fleeing the area. A police K-9 and helicopter assistance from Fairfax County police searched the area for the suspect who was not located. No injuries or additional property damage were reported. While investigating the incident, officers located multiple shell casings in front of one of the residences struck.
Suspect Description:
A black male, approximately 5’8” and about 160lbs.

• Strong-Arm Robbery – Suspect takes one shoe. On September 16, 2022 at 12:42PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 15500 block of Neabsco Mills Rd. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the victim, a 15-year-old male juvenile, was walking in the above area when he was approached by two unknown males, possibly juveniles, from a vehicle. During the encounter, the suspects demanded the victim’s shoes. A brief struggle ensured over the shoes during which one of the suspects pushed the victim. The suspect’s took possession of one of the victim’s shoes and fled in the vehicle, described as a black 4-door Acura. No injuries were reported.

• Attempted Armed Robbery – On September 15, 2022 at 11:07AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate an attempted robbery that was reported to have occurred in the 13100 block of Marina Way in Woodbridge (22191) on Wednesday, September 14. The investigation revealed, the victim, a 31-year-old woman, was in the parking lot of the above area when an unknown man exited a dark-green colored vehicle and approached her while brandishing a knife. When the suspect demanded the victim’s property, she yelled and ran towards a local business. The suspect initially started to follow the victim before an acquaintance of the victim’s intervened and the suspect returned to the vehicle and left the area. The victim eventually contacted the police–prompting the investigation. No property was reported missing and at no time was there any physical contact between the suspect and the victim.

A light-skinned black male, 5’8”-6’0”, with a medium build, between 40-50 years old, and short black hair

• Brandishing of a firearm | Road Rage Related – On September 17, 2022 at 10:11AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the area of Dumfries Rd. and Lake Jackson Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a brandishing. The investigation revealed the victim, a 32-year-old woman, was driving on Dumfries Rd. when she was involved in a road rage incident with the driver of a white sedan. While in the above area, the other driver brandished a firearm towards the victim. Upon seeing the firearm, the victim immediately drove out of the area and contacted the police. The driver was described as a light-skinned male with orange hair.
• Residential Burglary – On September 15, 2022 at 3:00PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 2000 block of Silver Sycamore Ln. in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary. The investigation revealed the home was burglarized sometime between 3:30PM on September 14 and 6:59AM on September 15. Entry was made into the home through an unsecured rear basement sliding glass door. The bathroom furnishings for three bathrooms were reported missing.
ARRESTS
• Malicious Wounding – On September 17, 2022 at 4:00PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to an area hospital for a man suffering injuries from a stabbing incident that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 15000 block of Duckling Pl. in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that day. The investigation revealed the victim, a 19-year-old man, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused, retrieved a knife and stabbed the victim before other family members intervened and separated the parties. The victim was transported to an area hospital where his injuries were determined to be non-life threatening. While investigating the incident, officers located the accused in the area of Neabsco Rd. where he was detained without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Naqeebullah SEDIQI, was arrested.

• Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On September 16, 2022 at 5:24PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to Target located at 2460 Prince William Pkwy. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a larceny-in-progress. The investigation revealed store security observed an unknown woman, later identified as the accused, select several clothing items, and proceed to the self-checkout area. The accused paid for some items and began to walk towards the exit. Store security confronted the accused near the exit where the accused then took the paid items and left the store without incident. A short time later, the accused re-entered the store and took additional clothing items from the racks before leaving the store. Responding officers located the accused in the parking lot in possession of the unpaid items. When officers attempted to detain the accused, she actively resisted and refused to follow officer’s commands. After a brief struggle, the accused was detained without further incident. During the encounter, the accused kicked multiple officers. Minor injuries were reported by an officer. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Sky TOPAZ-DELEVINGNE, was arrested.

Charged with 2 counts of assault & battery on LEO, 1 count of grand larceny, 1 count of petit larceny, and 1 count of obstruction of justice

• Armed Robbery – On September 16, 2022 at 7:58PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Discount Tobacco & Things located at 14435 Richmond Hwy. in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed an unknown man, later identified as the accused, entered the store, and approached the employee who was behind the service counter. During the encounter, the accused brandished a firearm and demanded money from the cash registers before fleeing the store on foot. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located. While investigating the incident, officers were informed on the evening of September 15 a man matching the description of the accused robbed a different employee at gunpoint. No shots were fired during either incident. During the investigation, officers determined the identity of the accused and located him at his residence where they eventually detained him without incident. Officers also located previously reported stolen items and suspected illegal narcotics inside the residence. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Nicholas Antoine HAGLER, was arrested.
