Sentara sponsors Ladies Night Out Oct. 12

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center will host Ladies Night Out 2022, a night of fun on Wednesday, Oct. 12, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The event aims to empower women’s health and give back to the community and will be at Old Hickory Golf Club, Old Hickory Golf Club, 11921 Chanceford Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22192.

Guests will enjoy complimentary mini spa treatments from local vendors, delicious appetizers and drinks, a women’s health question & answer panel with local physicians, and free health screenings to check blood pressure, cholesterol, A1C and body mass index.

It will be an empowering night for women as they prioritize their mental and physical health. The first 100 guests will receive a complimentary gift bag and all guests will have a chance to win raffle prizes.

“The goal of this event is for women to take some well-deserved time for themselves,” said Kathie Johnson, President, Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center, “In addition to enjoying themselves, this event allows women to learn more about women’s health issues and discuss these concerns with medical professionals.”

Besides enjoying a beautiful setting, guests will be able to support cancer related services in our area. All proceeds will go to the Sentara Cancer Network Resource Center on the campus of Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge.
