Brandishing of a Firearm *ARREST – On Sunday, April 26, the suspect sought in connection to the brandishing that was reported to have occurred at Prince William Parkway and Sudley Manor Drive in Manassas (20109) on April 25, was arrested. The accused, identified as Andrea Alicia ANDRADES, was taken into custody without incident.

Brandishing of a Firearm | Road Rage Related – On April 25 at 7:59AM, officers responded to investigate a brandishing that was reported to have occurred in the area of Prince William Pkwy and Sudley Manor Dr in Manassas (20109) earlier that day. The victims, a 41-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, reported to police that they were involved in a road rage incident when the driver of another vehicle, later identified as the accused, brandished a firearm as the two vehicles were near the above intersection. The parties eventually separated, and the police were contacted. At no time were shots fired during the incident. On April 26, following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Andrea Alicia ANDRADES. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful. Incidents
Shooting into a Residential Dwelling – On April 26 at 5:36PM, officers responded to the Riverwoods apartments located in the 2700 block of Dettingen Place in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. The investigation revealed two separate apartments sustained damage consistent with being struck with projectiles. No injuries or additional property damage were reported. Shell casings were recovered in the parking lot. A police K-9 searched the area for any suspects who were not located. At this time there is no suspect description.
Attempted Commercial Burglary – On April 25 at 2:41PM, officers responded to the Army Recruiting Center located at 13849 Foulger Square in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted commercial burglary. The investigation revealed that sometime between April 22 at 5:00PM and April 23 at 3:30PM, entry was attempted into the building through the front door which had been damaged. Entry was not made into the building. At this time there is no suspect description.
Arrests
Malicious Wounding to Law Enforcement Officer - On April 26 at 3:07AM, officers were notified of a vehicle pursuit initiated in Fauquier County by the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office which continued into the Haymarket (20169) area of Prince William County. While the driver, later identified as the accused, fled in the 6700 block of Madison Street, the suspect vehicle struck multiple occupied Prince William County police vehicles. Before the suspect vehicle was able to flee the area, officers were able to stop the vehicle and take the accused and sole occupant of the vehicle into custody without further incident. The accused, identified as Christopher Miles FRONEY, was served while incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

Strangulation |Domestic Related - On April 25 at 10:27PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 16000 block of Point Pleasant Lane in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 37-year-old woman, reported to police that she and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the altercation, the accused grabbed the victim’s throat. When a 15-year-old female family member attempted to intervene, the accused assaulted her as well. A short time later, the accused brandished a firearm before fleeing the residence. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused. On April 26, the accused, identified as Dale JOHNSON, was located and taken into custody by members of the George Mason University Police Department.

Attempted Malicious Wounding on Adult Detention Center Officer - On April 26 at 8:36PM, officers responded to investigate an assault that was reported to have occurred at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center (ADC), located at 9320 Lee Avenue in Manassas (20110) to investigate an assault on a staff member. The investigation revealed that an inmate of the facility, identified as the accused, struck an ADC officer while being escorted inside the facility. When an additional ADC officer intervened, the accused shoved the officer, resulting in both officers falling to the ground. The accused was eventually secured without further incident. Both officers were transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries sustained as a result of the altercation. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Erik Enrique VILLATORO, was charged and remained incarcerated at the ADC.
