• Malicious Wounding | Residential Burglary *ARREST – On April 19, 2022 one of the suspects sought in connection to an assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 9400 block of Westmoreland Ave in Manassas (20110) on April 14, was arrested. The accused, identified as Alexis Shawn BREEDEN, was taken into custody without incident. The investigation continues as officers seek the remaining wanted suspect.

Malicious Wounding | Residential Burglary [Previously Released] – On April 14 at 8:47PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9400 block of Westmoreland Ave in Manassas (20110) to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 44-year-old man, was inside his home when two acquaintances, and unknown man, arrived. A verbal altercation escalated when the victim was assaulted, and the home forcibly entered by the other parties. During the assault, the victim was stuck with a baseball bat. The parties eventually dispersed and left in a vehicle. The argument appears to have stemmed from an ongoing dispute. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the two known suspects, identified as Raymond Eugene DOTSON Jr. and Alexis Shawn BREEDEN. Attempts to locate the suspects have been unsuccessful. The investigation continues.
• Indecent Exposure *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On April 20, 2022 Prince William County Police officers identified the suspect sought in connection to the indecent exposure that was reported to have occurred at the Sutton Apartments located in the 2300 block of Vantage Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that day. Following the investigation, officers obtained an arrest warrant for the accused, identified as Neil Michael DIAZ. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Indecent Exposure [Previously Released] – On April 20 at 2:00AM, officers responded to the Sutton Apartments located in the 2300 block of Vantage Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 26-year-old woman, reported to police that she heard a knock at her door and upon opening the door, she observed an unknown black male without clothes on exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures. The victim immediately closed the door and the suspect walked away. The investigation revealed that the suspect returned to the victim’s apartment and knocked on her door several more times prior to police arriving at the location. While investigating, officers determined the suspect knocked on a second apartment door, where a 29-year-old woman also observed the suspect in a similar manner. At no time did the suspect attempt to force his way into the apartments and there was no physical contact between the suspect and the victims.

• Malicious Wounding| Domestic Related – On April 21, 2022 at 3:32AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Raven Crests Apartments located in the 8000 block of Lyon Cir in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic. The investigation revealed the victim, a 30-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim in the face with a charcuterie board. The victim contacted police and the accused left the residence prior to officers arriving at the home. The victim was transported to an area hospital with a laceration to her face. The victim’s injury was determined to be non-life threatening. Following the investigation, officers obtained an arrest warrant for the accused, identified as Jonathan Edson DIAZ ROCHA. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

• Strong-Arm Robbery – On April 21 at 4:35AM, officers responded to the Exxon service station located at 17019 Dumfries Rd in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a robbery. An employee of the business reported to police that an unknown man entered the store and approached the counter where he demanded money. The man and employee exchanged words before the man proceeded towards the door. Before exiting the business, the man turned quickly and grabbed money under the partition from the employee prior to fleeing. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located.

Black male, unknown age, 5’8”, 130lbs with a thin build, bald, and a beard
Last seen wearing a black, red, & blue jacket, blue ripped jeans, and black & white sneakers
• Strong-Arm Robbery – On April 19, 2022 at 3:46PM, officers responded to investigate a robbery that was reported to have occurred in the 15200 block of Neabsco Mills Rd in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that day. The investigation revealed at approximately 11:00AM the victim, a 16-year-old male juvenile, was walking to school when he encountered a group of male juveniles. One of the individuals in the group engaged the victim in a conversation before trying to strike him. The suspect then grabbed the victim’s phone before he and the group fled the area. The victim eventually reported the incident to a family member who contacted the police. No injuries were reported. There is no suspect description at this time.
• School Threat Investigation – On April 20, 2022 at 1:40PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to Henderson Elementary School located at 3799 Waterway Dr in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a threat written on a bathroom wall. The investigation revealed that a teacher located a writing on a wall in a stall in the girls’ bathroom. The teacher further observed two students exit the bathroom shortly before the message was found. The students denied involvement. The threat was written in pencil and had been mostly removed by staff prior to police arriving at the school. At this time, the threat does not appear to be credible.

• Unlawful Wounding | Domestic Related – On April 20, 2022 at 2:24AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate an assault that was reported to have occurred at a home located in the 3200 block of Gina Pl in Woodbridge (22193) the day prior on April 19 at approximately 11:00PM. The investigation revealed the victim, a 20-year-old woman, and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a cell phone and threw it at the victim, striking her in the face. The victim sustained a laceration to her face and went to an area hospital for treatment where police were contacted. The victim’s injury was determined to be non-life threatening. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Brittany Alexis OWENS, was arrested.

• Assault & Battery | PWC Public School Staff Member Arrest – On April 9, 2022 Prince William County Police officers began an investigation into an alleged assault by a bus attendant against a student that reportedly occurred on a Prince William County Public School Bus in the area of the Prince William Pkwy and Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22193) on April 7. The investigation revealed a 9-year-old female student was on the bus when she began to engage with the bus attendant, identified as the accused. At one point, the victim grabbed the hair of the accused who was seated in front of her. The accused then turned around in her seat and smacked the victim in the face. The incident was reported to police by the victim’s family a few days after the incident. On April 20, officers reviewed camera footage from the bus depicting the encounter and confirming the assault. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Carol Ann WEBB, was charged. At the time of the incident, the accused was a bus attendant with Prince William County Public Schools.
