• Solicitation of a Minor | Indecent Liberties – On Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 3:30PM, Prince William County Police Department officers responded to the area of Cotton Mill Rd and Presidio Way in the Lake Ridge area of Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a suspicious person. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 14-year-old male juvenile, was walking home when he was approached by an unknown man, later identified as the accused. During the encounter, the accused solicited the victim for sexual acts. The victim separated from the accused and continued home where he reported the incident to a parent who contacted police. No physical contact was made between the victim and the accused. Officers identified the accused from a business card he had given the victim during the encounter. On March 10, following the investigation, the accused, identified as Fouad Fahim Farag SOLIMAN, was arrested.

• Solicitation of a Minor | Sex Trafficking – On Friday, March 10, 2022 detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Special Victims Bureau concluded an investigation into sexual assault that was reported to have occurred in the Manassas (20109) area of Prince William County between December 2019 and October 2021. The investigation revealed that the victim, who was between 15-16 at the time of the offenses, was solicited for sexual acts in exchange for money by a family member, identified as the accused, on more than one occasion. The incidents were recently reported to a family member who contacted police prompting the investigation. On March 10, following the investigation, the accused, identified as Jeremy Scott STULL, was arrested.

• Malicious Wounding – On March 10, officers concluded an investigation into an assault that was reported to have occurred at Afterlife 360 located at 8090 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) on January 30. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 47-year-old woman, was struck in the head with a glass bottle by an acquaintance, later identified as the accused. The victim sustained a laceration to her head and sought treatment at an area hospital where police were contacted. The accused was eventually identified as Annie Raien MONTESSI, and an arrest warrant was obtained. On March 10, deputies with the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office served the warrant on the accused.

Incidents
• Residential Burglary – On March 10 at 8:09PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13200 block of Armstead St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 6:00PM on March 7 and 8:00PM on March 10. The investigation revealed that the homeowner observed a front window ajar. Three TVs and mother miscellaneous items were reported missing.
