Prince Wm. Co. sets March 1, 2022 for change to 2022 Unit Price List

Prince William County’s 2022 Unit Price List will go into effect on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. The effective date change is in response to industry members’ requests, to allow more time for the adjustment, and publish the new UPL in excel format online.

The publication of the new 2022 UPL (excel file) will be announced in early February.

The 2017 Unit Price List is currently in effect and can be found online by going to the County website to the Land Development Documents here, where it is listed as Unit Price List (excel file), which is the last bullet under Bonds and Escrows - forms.

According to a county statement, “We value our customers and appreciate the feedback to improve and clarify development services processes. Thank you for partnering with us to make the 2022 Unit Price List update and roll-out as efficient as possible.”

Environmental & Transportation Site Inspections for Temporary/Partial Occupancy start February 1, 2022

Prince William County, Department of Public Works and Department of Transportation will provide Environmental and Transportation Site Inspections to grant Temporary/Partial Occupancy Certifications, starting on Tuesday, Feb.1, 2022.
