On May 19 at 3:49AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1600 block of Lynn Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic. The victim, a 28-year-old man, reported to police that he and a family member, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.

On May 14, 2019, investigators from the Prince William County Police Department's Crash Investigation Unit arrested the driver, identified as the accused, in connection to a fatal hit & run crash that killed a 17-year-old male in the area of Sudley Rd near Catharpin Rd in Gainesville on Sept. 22, 2018.
All graduating seniors in western Price William County are invited to participate in a non-denominational Baccalaureate Service on Sunday, May 19, from 5 to 6 p.m. at Park Valley Church in Haymarket.

Route 15 (James Madison Highway) between Route 234 (Sudley Road) and Logmill Road (Route 701) will have overnight mobile lane closures Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16 so rumble strips can be installed along the shoulders, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
At about 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, the National Park Service will reopen one northbound lane of the George Washington Memorial Parkway from Virginia Route 123, Chain Bridge Road, to I-495, the Capital Beltway. Drivers should expect delays and watch for workers in the road.
