The investigation revealed that the accused, was caring for his child, a 7-month-old girl, while under the influence.

On Jan. 29, Prince William County Animal Control Officers began an investigation into an animal cruelty case that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 2400 block of West Longview Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) between Jan. 8 and Jan. 27.

The victim, a 22-year-old woman, reported to police that she went to the above address to drop off her 18-month-old baby with the father, identified as the accused.
