The victim, a 38-year-old woman, reported to police that she arranged to sell a piece of jewelry to an unknown person, later identified as the accused, via the social media app “Let Go.”

Wednesday (5/20) through Friday (5/22) of this week, one such free sites will be at Kilby Elementary School, which is located at 1800 Horner Road, Woodbridge, VA, 22191.
