Governor Glenn Youngkin today, Dec. 13, announced a $2 billion public-private partnership to create a world-class Entertainment District in the City of Alexandria at Potomac Yard.

Prince William County Fire and Rescue units were dispatched to the 8400 block of Impalla Drive in Manassas at 1:44 p.m. Dec. 5 for a reported house fire. Crews arrived with fire showing from a single-family home.

The Governor donated $43,750 to Canine Companions, building on his commitment to donate his salary to organizations that strengthen Virginia communities. The Governor’s donation will underwrite the cost of two facility dogs through Canine Companions, with the first Canine Companions dog placement in Petersburg.

On November 13, 2023, the suspect sought in connection with child neglect that was reported to have occurred at to a residence located in the 10200 block of Balls Ford Rd. in Manassas (20109) on November 12, was arrested, according to a Prince William County Police report.
