Woodbridge man charged Oct. 24 in July incidents; turns self in

On October 24, 2024 Prince William County Police detectives concluded an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 15200 block of Colony Pl. in Woodbridge (22191) on July 24.
