Gov. Glenn Youngkin joined Prince William County government officials, executives from American Type Culture Collection (ATCC), the Virginia Secretary of Commerce and Trade Caren Merrick, and on Thursday, Sept. 12 to break ground on ATCC’s new state-of-the-art biosafety laboratory in Brentsville District. Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin was due to lay a wreath at the Pentagon Group Memorial Marker at 10:30 a.m. today, Sept. 11, 2024, the 23rd anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the Pentagon and the Twin Towers in New York City.

The suspect was located and arrested by Manassas City Police Detectives on the evening of Sept. 7, 2024, transported to the Prince William County Adult Detention and charged with numerous criminal offenses.
