PWC Police make arrest in connection with Jan. 9. 2025 shooting.
Prince William County Police said a mother was watching her child's soccer game on October 6th at George Hellwig Memorial Park in Manassas (20112) when she felt a sharp pain to her right thigh, She reportedly believed she was struck with a BB or other type projectile before she went to a hospital for treatment.
