Strong-Arm Robbery – On Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021 at 3:40PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Dollar Tree located at 8315 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 41-year-old woman, reported to police that while shopping inside the store, she was approached by an unknown man. The two engaged in a brief verbal exchange before the man grabbed the victim’s purse off her arm and fled the store on foot, according to a report filed by Master Police Officer Renee Carr, public information officer. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located. The investigation continues.

A black male, between 6’00-6’3”, 170lbs., with black hair and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a black mask, a black sweatshirt with orange writing, white pants, and black shoes
Strong-Arm Robbery – On Friday, Oct. 22, 2021 at 8 p.m., Prince William County Police officers responded to the 10900 block of Coverstone Dr. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, an 18-year-old man, reported to police that he was in the area of Aaron Ln. and Halterpath Tl. to meet an acquaintance when a group of unknown individuals approached him. A verbal altercation ensued before the victim attempted to flee on foot. The suspects chased the victim to the above area where they struck and kicked the victim before taking his property. Eventually the victim was able to separate from suspects and flagged down a passing motorist who drove him out of the area. The victim reported minor injuries. No additional suspect descriptions are available at this time.

Strong-Arm Robbery – On Friday, Oct. 22 at 11:39AM, officers from the Prince William County Police Department responded to the 7400 block of Willoughby Ln. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 16-year-old female juvenile, reported to police that she was approached by two unknown men while at the playground in the above area. One of the men grabbed the victim’s backpack off her before both men fled on foot. MPO Renee Carr, public information officer, said the victim initially gave chase before entering a nearby business where police were contacted. No injuries were reported.
