Resident reportedly heard gunshots before rounds entered Woodbridge home
Shooting into a Residential Dwelling – On Monday, Oct. 18, 2021 at 9:57PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 1400 block of Cottonwood Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call, according to Master Polce Officer Renee Carr. public information officer.
A resident of the home reported to police that while inside the home several gunshots were heard before rounds entered the home.
A police K-9 searched the area for any suspect(s) who were not located. No injuries or additional property damage were reported.
There is no suspect description at this time.
