PW Police issue report for missing, endangered person, Noel A. Dubon of Woodbridge
*MISSING ENDANGERED ADULT: The Prince William County Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Noel Alexiz DUBON who was last seen on Monday, September 13, 2021 at approximately 4:00 a.m.
Noel resides on Randolph Court in the Woodbridge area of Prince William County. He last had contact with his family via text messages around 11:00 a.m.
Noel Alexiz DUBON is described as a white male, 23 years of age, 6’2”, 206lbs with black hair, brown eyes, and multiple tattoos
He was last seen wearing a gray/white stained t-shirt, hearing aids, glasses, black shorts, and Red Jordan 3 shoes
Noel is believed to be missing under voluntary circumstances; however, may be in need of assistance which qualifies him as being endangered. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of this person is asked to contact Prince William County police at 703-792-6500 or your local police department.
