July 7 home invasion suspects identified by police detectives but remain at-large

Burglary while Armed *SUSPECTS IDENTIFIED –
Detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit identified the suspects in connection to the home invasion that was reported to have occurred in the Westgate Apartments in the 10100 block of Portsmouth Rd. in Manassas (20109) July 7, according to Master Police Officer Renee Carr, public information officer.

Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for two men, identified as Dimitrie Donnell EATON and Terrell Majid KELLY. Attempts to locate either suspect have been unsuccessful. The case remains active as detectives attempt to identify the other suspects involved in the incident.

Wanted:
1. Dimitrie Donnell EATON, 21, of the 1500 block of Cameron Crest Dr. in Reston
Described as a black male, 6’0”, 160lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos
Wanted for 2 counts of robbery, 2 counts of use of a firearm in commission of a felony, 1 count of felon in possession of a firearm, and 1 count of burglary

2. Terrell Majid KELLY, 20, of the 8100 block of Portwood Turn in Manassas
Described as a white male, 6’2”, 185lbs., with black hair and brown eyes
Wanted for robbery, burglary, and assault

Burglary while Armed [Previously Released] – On July 7, 2021 at 6:42PM, officers responded to the Westgate Apartments located in the 10100 block of Portsmouth Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a home invasion. Residents of the apartment reported to police that four men forced their way into the apartment when a resident opened the door to the apartment after hearing a knock. During the encounter, the suspects brandished firearms and then assaulted the victim, identified as an 18-year-old man. The suspects took a cell phone, shoes, and money before leaving the residence. The victim reported minor injuries. This incident does not appear to be random. The investigation continues.
