Home Depot shopper reported man exposed himself and made inappropriate gestures

Indecent Exposure – On June 28 at 4:30PM, officers responded to investigate an indecent exposure that was reported to have occurred at the Home Depot located at 7486 Stream Walk Ln. in Manassas (20109) on the evening of June 27. The investigation revealed that while shopping, the victim, a 39-year-old woman, felt as though someone was behind her and turned around to see an unknown man standing a short distance from her.

The victim reported the man was exposing himself and making inappropriate gestures. The suspect attempted to flee and was confronted by a store employee before fleeing the business. At no point was there any physical contact between the suspect and the victim.
