Abduction | Burglary – Prince William County Police officers responded to a residence located in the 9200 block of Brentsville Rd. in Manassas (20112) to investigate a domestic on Wednesday, May 26 at 10:34AM.
The investigation revealed that the victim, a 21-year-old woman, and a 22-year-old male acquaintance were inside the home when they observed a second acquaintance, identified as the accused, drive into the driveway. The victim locked the doors however, the accused entered her home without permission.
Once inside, the accused damaged an interior door and a wall while trying to locate the male victim. Once the accused located the male victim, he prevented him from leaving the room and a physical altercation ensued. Eventually the male victim was able to separate himself from the accused and left the residence.
A family member intervened and the accused left prior to police arrival. The male victim reported minor injuries. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Edwin Noe CHAVARRIA, was located in the Woodbridge area and arrested.
