Boy, 11, calls police after finding unconscious family member in bathroom
Child Neglect – On April 16 at 5:00PM, officers responded to a residence located in the Manassas (20109) area of Prince William County to investigate an unconscious individual.
The investigation revealed that the victim, an 11-year-old boy, contacted Prince William County police after locating an unconscious family member, identified as the accused, in the bathroom.
Rescue personnel responded and transported the accused to an area hospital for treatment. While investigating, officers determined the accused was caring for the victim and suspected narcotics were located within the residence. The victim was not injured and was turned over to a family member. Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Jayme Lee PRATT. On May 5, the accused turned herself in to police without incident.
