Eatery manager charged with abduction in Gainesville

Abduction – On Sunday, Jan. 17, at 9:29AM, Prince William County Police officers responded to investigate an assault that was reported to have occurred at the IHOP located at 7495 Iron Bar Ln. in Gainesville (20155) on Dec. 24, 2020.

The victim, a 28-year-old woman, reported to police that while working at the above location, her manager, identified as the accused, entered the restroom while she was inside. During the encounter, the accused made inappropriate comments to the victim before wrapping his arms around her and dragging her further into the restroom.

At some point, the victim was able to separate herself from the accused and left the restroom. The victim recently reported the incident , thereby prompting the police investigation. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the accused, identified as Nazrul AHSAN, who was arrested on January 18.
