Attempted Bank Robbery *ARREST – On Monday, Dec. 7, detectives with the Prince William County Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit, in coordination with members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Manassas City Police Department, and Arlington Police Department, identified and charged the suspect sought in connection to the attempted bank robbery that occurred at the TD Bank located at 13630 Foulger Square in Woodbridge (22192) on Nov. 25.
The suspect was taken into custody by members of the Fairfax County Police Department after reportedly robbing the TD Bank located in Manassas City during the morning hours on Dec. 7, said Master Police Officer Renee Carr, public information office for Prince William police. While investigating, the suspect in that case was ultimately connected to the attempted bank robbery in Prince William County, Off. Carr said. Following the investigation, the suspect, identified as Wesley Philip WILSON, was arrested.

Attempted Bank Robbery [Previously Released] – On November 25 at 11:23AM, officers responded to the TD Bank located at 13630 Foulger Square in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted armed robbery. The investigation revealed that an unknown man entered the bank and approached a teller. During the encounter, the man passed a note to the teller demanding money before brandishing a firearm. The suspect fled on foot. No money or property were taken. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 responded to the scene to search for the suspect who was not located. The investigation continues.
