Police list attempted malicious wounding as “Domestic Related”

Attempted Malicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On Sunday, Nov. 29 at 11:06PM, Prince William County police officers responded to the intersection to Battleview Pkwy and Infantry Ridge Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a two vehicle crash.

The investigation revealed that while in the above area, the accused used her vehicle to strike another vehicle occupied by the victims, identified as a 41-year-old male family member and a 47-year-old female acquaintance. After striking the victim’s vehicle multiple times, the accused and the family member exited their vehicles before engaging in a verbal altercation. The altercation escalated when the accused struck the victim.

Officers arrived and separated the parties before detaining the accused. The accused was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries sustained during the initial altercation. No other injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Touri SIHAM, was arrested.
