Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On October 17 at 3:45AM, officers responded to the Bayvue apartments located in the 1400 block of Bayside Ave to investigate shots fired call. The caller reported to police that a single gunshot was heard in the area. Officers arrived and located a shell casing on the sidewalk. No injuries or property damage were reported.
Indecent Exposure – On October 17 at 5:25PM, officers responded to the 13200 block of Spriggs Rd in Manassas (20112) to investigate an indecent exposure. The victim, a 40-year-old woman, reported to police that she was walking in the above area when she observed a white, older model 2-door pickup truck next to her. The male driver, and only occupant, asked the victim for directions. When the victim approached the vehicle, the man was seen exposing himself. The victim immediately walked away from the vehicle and the man drove off. No further contact was made between the two parties. Police checked the area for the suspect and vehicle which were not located.
Suspect Description:
White male, between 20-30 years of age with a thin build, short black hair, and a mustache
Last seen wearing a plain white t-shirt
Residential Burglary – On October 18 at 8:34PM, officers responded to the Elm at Signal Hill Station apartments located in the 8100 block of Honey Bee Way in Manassas (20111) to investigate a burglary. A resident of an apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 12:00PM on October 15 and 2:00PM on October 18. There were no signed of forced entry into the home. Jewelry was reported missing.
