Man and woman charged with May 23 robbery in Woodbridge
Strong-Arm Robbery – On May 23, 2020 at 2:49PM, Prince William County police officers responded to the 14000 block of Worth Ave in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery, according to First Sgt. Jonathan Perok, police department representative.
The victim, a 49-year-old man, reported to police that he was robbed by a male acquaintance, identified as the accused, following a physical altercation in the above area. During the encounter, the accused struck the victim and damaged a vehicle. The accused then took the victim’s backpack before getting into a vehicle occupied by a female driver.
No injuries were reported. Officers identified both suspects who were located on Woodhaven Ct in Woodbridge. Following the investigation, both suspects were arrested.
