Duo robs Manassas pupuseria after hours; pizza man chases trio who allegedly didn’t pay

Larceny/Assault and Battery
On March 28, 2020 at approximately 12:20 a.m., officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to the 9500 block of Coggs Bill Drive for a report of a larceny and an assault. The victim, a pizza delivery employee, delivered pizzas to three individuals in front of a residence in the area. The suspects fled with the items before paying. The victim pursued the suspects to the area of Jayhawk Terrace and Penhook Court where the victim confronted one of the suspects. During the confrontation, the victim was assaulted. The victim was not injured. The investigation is on-going.

Breaking & Entering
On March 28, 2020 at approximately 4 p.m., officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to 9626 Grant Avenue (Ceiba Pupuseria & Bar) for a report of a break-in. Surveillance footage shows an unknown male and female entering the business at approximately 11:11 a.m. on March 28. Electronics and cash were reported stolen. There were no signs of forced entry. The investigation is on-going.
