Two charged with firearms violations

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On March 19 at 3:16AM, Prince William County officers responded to the Country Inn and Suites located at 2621 Prince William Pkwy in Woodbridge, VA (22192) to investigate a shots fired call.

Callers reported to police that gunshots were heard in the parking lot. Shortly after the rounds were fired, three unknown men were seen running into a hotel room. No injuries or property damage were reported. Shell casings were located in the parking lot. Officers identified and secured the room the suspects were seen running into following the shooting.

During a search of the room, two firearms and other property were recovered. While investigating the incident, officers identified and located two of the three men involved.

Following the investigation, the men, identified as Keith Marcellus FORD and Sequan Anthony FOWLER, were arrested without incident.
The investigation continues as detectives seek the identity of the third suspect involved in the incident.
