Armed Robbery – On Monday, Jan. 27 at 2:27PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the Sunoco located at 3220 Old Bridge Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery, according to MPO M.L. Whaley, police department spokesman. An employee reported to the police that an unknown man walked into the business and approached the counter. During the encounter, the suspect implied he was armed and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot prior to the police arriving at the business. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located.
Suspect Description:
A white male, approximately 35 years of age, 6’0 and approximately 230lbs
Last seen wearing a black knit cap, dark face mask, white framed sunglasses, grey hooded sweatshirt, flannel type of jacket, gloves, blue jeans and dark shoes.
Attempted Malicious Wounding – On January 26 at 3:44AM, Prince William County officers responded to the parking lot of The Palace Tex Mex Grill located at 13989 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a reckless driver. The investigation revealed that a patron, identified as the accused, was told to leave the restaurant by employees. The accused left the restaurant, got into his vehicle, a white Mercedes, and drove the vehicle towards an employee who followed him outside, according to MPO M.L. Whaley, police department spokesman. The employee was able to avoid being struck before the accused fled the scene. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as Javier Alejandro MARTINEZ ANDRADE.

Javier Alejandro MARTINEZ ANDRADE, 30, of the 5700 block of Riverside Dr. in Woodbridge
Described as a Hispanic male, 5’6”, 160lbs., with black hair and brown eyes
The suspect is wanted for attempted malicious wounding, according to Off. M. Whaley, police department spokesman.
Residential Burglary – On January 27 at 8:19PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13000 block of Ospreys View Pl. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 6 and 8 p.m. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a secured rear basement window that was found damaged. Alcohol products were reported missing, according to MPO M.L. Whaley, police department spokesman.
Residential Burglary – On January 27 at 3:30PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4500 block of Clearwater Ct. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred sometime between 8:35AM and 3:15PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a secured side door that was found damaged. Jewelry was reported missing, according to MPO M.L. Whaley, police department spokesman.
Attempted Residential Burglary – On January 27 at 6:30PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15000 block of Beaver Dam Rd. in Dumfries (22025) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 8:30AM and 4:30PM, entry was attempted into the home through a secured rear door that was found tampered with. No entry appears to have been made into the residence and no property was reported missing. the police report said.
