The Prince William County office of Virginia Cooperative Extension, known as VCE will teach a seven-week class Feb. 24 on a practical and realistic approach to the challenges of parenting teens. Classes will be held on Monday evenings, starting Feb. 24 and ending April 20, at the Ferlazzo Building in Woodbridge. Class fee: $40. Pre-registration needed. Manassas Council names Steve Burke as new Manassas City Manager
Steve Burke, an Assistant City Manager and Director of Public Works for the City of Manassas, has been named City Manager by Manassas City Council effective February. 3, 2025. Interim City Manager Douglas Keen will return to his post as Police Chief and an Assistant City Manager.
