Arrest made in Nov. 2 indecent exposure incident reported at Manassas superstore

Indecent Exposure *ARREST – On November 23, the suspect sought in connection to the indecent exposure that was reported to have occurred at the Target store located at 9900 Sowder Village Sq. in Manassas (20109) on November 2 was arrested. The accused, identified as Thomas DEVANNEY, was arrested without incident.

Indecent Exposure [Previously Released]— On November 2 at 10:10PM, officers responded to the Target located at 9900 Sowder Village Sq. in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure. A Loss Prevention Officer reported to police that a man, later identified as the suspect, was inside one of the bathrooms exposing himself and making obscene gestures. The suspect left the business prior to officers arriving on scene. No contact was made between the suspect and the Loss Prevention Officer. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant for the arrest of the suspect, identified as Thomas DEVANNEY. Attempts to locate the suspect were unsuccessful.
