Assault & Battery on Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Personnel – On November 11 at 9:47PM, Prince William County Police officers responded to the 8500 block of Brickshire Ln. in Manassas (20112) to assist members of the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue on a medical call.
When officers arrived, a Prince William County Fire & Rescue technician advised that emergency medical workers were attempting to render aid to a person when they were assaulted by a male bystander, identified as the accused.
During the encounter, the accused punched one of the technicians in the face and grabbed another technician, ripping his shirt, according to the police report. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Mohammed ALOBAIDI, was located at his residence nearby and arrested without incident.

Charged with 2 counts of assault & battery on EMS, and 1 count of obstructing EMS personnel
