Bristow man target of police search in indecent exposure incident at Target bathroom
Indecent Exposure – On November 2 at 10:10PM, officers responded to the Target located at 9900 Sowder Village Sq in Manassas (20109) to investigate an indecent exposure.
A Loss Prevention Officer reported to police that a man, later identified as the suspect, was inside one of the bathrooms exposing himself and making obscene gestures.
The suspect left the business prior to officers arriving on scene. No contact was made between the suspect and the Loss Prevention Officer. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant for the arrest of the suspect, identified as Thomas DEVANNEY. Attempts to locate the suspect were unsuccessful.
Wanted:
Thomas DEVANNEY, 32, of the 12200 block of Hooe Rd in Bristow
Described as a white male, 6’1”, 155lbs with a thin build, short brown hair, blue eyes, and an unshaven face
Wanted for indecent exposure
