Attempted Aggravated Malicious Wounding | Reckless Handling of a Firearm | Domestic Related – On November 9 at 1:59PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2500 block of Blue Pool Dr. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic with weapons.
The victims, a 53-year-old woman and a 33-year-old woman, reported to police that they and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated.
During the encounter, the accused assaulted one of the victims and damaged the residence and a vehicle. The parties eventually separated, and the victims contacted police.
Prior to officers arriving at the home, the accused left the area in a 2003 Silver Honda Accord with Virginia license plate: VYZ1882. As he left, he fired a shot towards one of the victims. No injuries were reported.
Following the investigation, officers obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Robert Vincent COX Jr. Attempts to locate the suspect have been unsuccessful.

Robert Vincent COX Jr., 30, of the 2500 block of Blue Pool Dr.
Described as a black male, 6’0”, 200lbs., with black hair and brown eyes
Last seen driving a 2003 Silver Honda Accord with Virginia license plate: VYZ1882
Wanted for attempted aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felony, reckless handling of a firearm, domestic assault & battery, and destruction of property
