The victim of the homicide that occurred on Leighton Pl in Manassas has been identified as Richard WEBSTER, a 21 year-old resident of Manassas.
Manassas City Detectives have arrested three suspects in connection with this case, according to Sarah Mahoney, police department spokesman.
She identified the suspects as Nieko ANDERSON, a 19 year-old resident of Manassas, who has been charged with murder and Sofia MISURACA of Haymarket and John CHILDS II of Manassas, who have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. The investigation remains on- going, the police office said.

On October 29, 2019 at approximately 12:30 p.m., officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to the 10000 block of Leighton Pl for a report of a shooting. On scene, officers located an adult male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. One suspect is in custody and charges are pending. This incident appears to be isolated and not random. The investigation is on-going.
