Woodbridge female alleges sexual assault when she was 11; family member charged
Sexual Assault Investigation – On November 3, detectives with the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the Woodbridge (22193) area of Prince William County between March 2016 and March 2017.
The investigation revealed that the victim, who was 11 years old at the time of the offense, was sexually assaulted by a family member, identified as the accused, on more than one occasion during that time frame. The victim recently reported the incidents prompting the police investigation. On November 4, following the investigation, the accused, identified as Franklin Adam FLORES, was arrested.

Franklin Adam FLORES, 34, of Woodbridge
Charged with 2 counts of object sexual penetration, 1 count of rape and 1 count of aggravated sexual battery
