Suspect in Coverstone rape Nov. 1 held without bond
Rape Investigation – On November 1 at 2:32AM, officers responded to the Coverstone Apartments located in the 7000 block of Keara Ct. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a rape.
The investigation revealed that at approximately 12:00AM, the victim, a 26-year-old woman, was inside of a vehicle with an acquaintance, identified as the accused, when a verbal altercation ensued. During the encounter, the accused sexually assaulted the victim. The accused eventually got out of the vehicle and the victim was then able to drive away to contact the police. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Antonin Nohe LOPEZ ORDONEZ, was arrested.
